We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned.
Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days within Rawalpindi/Islamabad and 5-7 business days for other cities in Pakistan. You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is shipped.
Shipping rates vary based on the order total. We offer free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping costs PKR 200, while express shipping is available for PKR 500.
